No fewer than 2,180 persons from disability communities across six states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) will benefit from training on sustainable climate-smart agricultural practices aimed at improving livelihoods and strengthening resilience to climate change. The initiative is being implemented through a partnership between The Leprosy Mission Nigeria and The Leprosy Mission Sweden, with support from the Swedish Mission Council (SMC).

The Sokoto government says it has taken bold steps to revitalise the state’s media landscape and elevate the quality of public information services.

Alhaji Sambo Bello Danchadi, State Commissioner of Information and Orientation, disclosed this at the Congress of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ Sokoto Council.
